Developer Network Information Request:

The information request allows potential developers to get more information about the benefits of membership in the Punch! Developer Network. We gather enough information in the request form to allow us to understand your development goals and your questions in context, as well as means to communicate with you regarding your request. The information that you provide in this form will not be sold or distributed for use by any other company. On occasion, we may use your contact information to provide you with special information about new opportunities that are appropriate based on your information request. Developer Registration

To become a member of the Punch! Developer Network we ask you to fill out an on-line developer profile and submit it to us. This form gathers contact information about you as a developer, your company and establishes your login security information (that can be updated or changed at a later date). The information that you provide us in the form is to give us enough information to approve your membership and provide you with services and support as a Developer Network member.

The contact information that you provide, when filling out the on-line registration form, is not shared with any outside company for marketing or promotional use. The information may be used to inform you of important new information related to the Developer Network, new opportunities or new services.

Developer and Sales Agreements

Punch! Software requires that both the Developer and Sales Agreements be agreed to and signed before your developer account can be created. These agreements provide a structured working relationship with you as a developer and Punch! Software LLC. The Punch! Developer Network membership list will not be shared with any outside organizations for sales/marketing or promotional reasons.

Technical Support

We gather enough information in your support request to provide thorough answers to your questions. Some technical support requests contain information that other member developers would benefit from hearing. For this reason technical support requests may appear in whole or part, with the subsequent response as a knowledgebase article. The knowledgebase articles are provided for informational and training purposes; with no information as to whom the support inquiry came from.

Developer Forum

The Punch! Developer Network provides a forum for communicating with PDN staff as well as other developer members. We gather minimal information during registration for the forum, so that we can provide login information. The information gathered during signup will not be sold or distributed to any company outside Punch! Software.

Custom Development

Visitors to www.punchsoftware.com have the opportunity to submit development project opportunities to member developers. The form captures enough information for a developer to contact you if interested. Only individuals that have joined the Punch! Developer Network will see the information submitted in the form. The developers must be logged in to the PDN developer site to see the posts.
